Socktober at Riverview

At Riverview, Mrs. Miller's Class decided to collect 600 pairs of socks for the homeless shelters. They are trying to collect warm socks for babies, kids, and adults. They are doing this to help keep people's feet warm during the cold months and socks are something they don't' have a lot of at the homeless shelters. They are asking for donations by Tuesday, October 31. Their goal is 600 pairs of socks. Any help you can do to support their goal is greatly appreciated! Thank you-Rylan, Agustin, Angeline, Nolyn, Azai, Josiah, and Mrs. Miller.

Riverview's Box Top Contest

posted Oct 4, 2017, 6:32 PM by Wendy Breit

Riverview is starting our fall Box Top Collection Drive.  Each Box Top is worth ten cents, and they add up quickly!  Look for Box Tops on the items you buy, cut them out on the dotted lines, and send them to school in a bag with your child.

Twice a year our school has a friendly competition between the classes to see who can bring in the most Box Tops.  We want our class to win!  So please, send in all your Box Tops.  If you would like to trim the Box Tops, please be sure they are cut out carefully so they may be counted toward our classroom total.

The due date for the fall Box Top Collection Drive is October 27th, so please send in as many as you can so our class can win!!!  The money raised is spent on tools and supplies that will directly benefit this year’s students as well as many students in the years to come.  Remember, every Box Top helps!  Thank you for your support!
