Meet Mrs. Breit

Welcome! I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce myself and welcome you and your child to our classroom. This is my twenty-fourth year at Riverview. For the first fourteen years, I taught fourth grade. This is my tenth year teaching second grade. 

I graduated from Rockford College for my undergraduate degree and from Xavier University for my Master's degree.  I reside in Rockford with my husband Pat. My daughter Brittany, her husband T.J., granddaughter Lacie, grandson A.J., Rocky, and Dark Vader (my four-legged grandsons) reside in Freeport. My son Derek, his wife Sami, and Mavrick (my four-legged grandson) reside in Minnesota. I am looking forward to working with you and your child this year and helping him/her to achieve his/her full potential.
